Please help this is one of the last line of my work but i just cant figure it out.|||Apollo, through the priestess Pythia, harshly/sharply ordered him to go to the city of Tirytha and be a slave to King Eurystheus.

"per pythiam sacerdotem": "per", in this case, means "by way of", similar to an ablative of means/instrument.
"iussit eum...accedere...servum esse": "iubeo" uses the infinitive and accusative subject format, just like an indirect statement. In fact they are so closely related that you could even translate this as an indirect statement, e.g.: "Apollo ordered THAT he go to Tirytha and THAT he be the kings slave". (Note: I believe "servus" is out of case here, it should be accusative "servum", to agree with "eum" and satisfy the inf. + acc. subj. construct).
