Does anyone remember what they were doing at the exact moment when they heard that AALIYAH passed away?

I REMEMER I WAS WATCHING SHOWTIME AT THE APPOLLO AND MY SISTER CALLED ME.


SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE HEARD ON THE RADIO THAT AALIYAH HAD DIED AND I REMEMBER GETTING A FUNNY FEELING IN MY STOMACH.


I TURNED THE CHANNEL TO LOOK AT THE NEWS AND AT THAT VERY SECOND THEY WERE SHOWING A SEGMENT ABOUT HER BUT IT CUT OFF.


AT THAT MOMENT MY HEART JUMPED IN MY MOUTH AND I SAID TO MYSELF(MAYBE SHE'S IN THE HOSPITAL,THAT'S WHAT THEY WERE REPORTING)





THEN I HURRIED UP AND TURNED THE RADIO ON AND THEY WERE PLAYING HER SONGS AND THE ANNOUNCER SAID:YES EVERYBODY THE RUMORS ARE TRUE,AALIYAH DIED IN A PLANE CRASH 8HRS AGO IN THE BAHAMMAS.


I FELT LIKE MY HEART WAS RIPPED OUT OF MY CHEST AND I REMEMBER CRYING HYSTERICALLY AND THROWING MY WALKMAN ACROSS THE ROOM.





I MISS HER SO MUCH.|||I was watching tv and my mom told me that Christina Agulera(?) died and i was like oh who cares? and then she said oh, i got the name wrong. It's Aaliyah that's dead. I was so crushed. She was my favorite singer and now she is gone.

Sorry, I did not know until now that she was dead. Sorry about you lose.|||I was watching one Bulgarian music channel, so they said it in the news. I was shocked! Still miss her!
